The Phantom 90 is built completely from stainless materials, this allows it to be competitive in any industry.

The Phantom 90 has been designed to meet the toughest requirements that are on the market today, such as lower fixed costs within the company, simplify operations in the format changes with the aid of electronics, ability to have on the same machine as the convenience to pack a very wide range of trays without replacing mechanical parts.

The standard machine can pack only with heat sealable film, but various kinds of polypropylene type, micro or macro perforated, laminated, aluminates, etc. . The welding of the pack takes place on the longitudinal side by means of three pairs of rollers with micrometric adjustment on the weld load and the transversal welder with dual rotary temperature control, all this allows to obtain a perfectly sealed envelope.

The temperature control is managed by the PLC , and then integrated in the recipes. All motors are operated electronically and this allows to obtain high performance, productivity can fluctuate between 80/90 ppm according to the product to be packaged.
