Layer Forming Machine
Layer Forming Machine for creating layers or groups of products. As default, the machine can handle 1 to 3 rows and creates a layer up to L600 x W400 x H400 mm. EGAlayer former can be integrated with schrink wrap machines, case packers or packaging stations.
Key functions
- With servo axes for infeed and outfeed for fast and precise handling
- Fully automatic format setting according to selected matrix / layer
- Inlet conveyor with low friction chain for accumulation. Can be customized
- Integrated control and control panel (touch)
- Complete with shielding and safety components
